The Belle City Amusement Company will be providing the excitement and thrills as the amusement ride company for the Lexington Lions Club Bluegrass Fair.
Belle City is one of the premiere Outdoor Amusement providers and has made a reputation for providing first class family entertainment to Americas finest fairs and festivals.
The company is owned and managed by Charles G. Panacek Jr., who has carried on the family tradition with his children, Zack and Charlotte. It all started with his father Charles G. Panacek Sr. who founded the amusement company back in 1948. The name “Belle City” was taken from where his father grew up in Racine, Wisconsin. Belle City is celebrating over 60 years in the amusement business and is proud that they have always provided great family entertainment that is safe, clean and exciting.
Belle City will be bringing in over 100 rides, games and amusements this year and will give the Bluegrass Fair patrons plenty of excitement and thrilling rides. Some of the new and exciting rides that you will see will include the spectacular Nitro, the Giant Wheel, Drop Zone, Double Ferris Wheel and 2 Xtreme. The Bluegrass Fair will also have the largest amount of kiddie rides for children in the Lexington area.
Belle City has had an impeccable safety record with all of the rides kept in “First Class” condition. Prior to opening every day, each ride is inspected and checked. At the end of each season they are cleaned, refurbished and checked for all mechanical and electrical operations before they go back on the road.
