Pet Policy - The Bluegrass Fair does not allow pets on the fair grounds during the operation of the Fair. Please leave your pet at home! Service animals, such as a guide dog, signal dog, or any other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are excluded.

Important Notice – Photo Consent: Photographs and film footage may be taken during the Bluegrass Fair, which may include you or your family recognizable image in pictures or on a video. By attending this fair, you or your family, grant permission for your likeness to be photographed or filmed. You authorize the Bluegrass Fair to use the photographs, film in print, digital, video or web-based format for its promotional needs and its archives.
